Denbighshire County Council’s integrated Health, Social Care and Third Sector team, known as the Community Resource Team are holding a ‘meet the team’ event at Canolfan Ni in Corwen on the 23rd of October.
The event will be a great opportunity for professionals, providers and the public to meet the team, which includes Health, Social Care and Third Sector staff.
Running from 10am – 12pm, attendees can pop in and talk to the people who take care of their local community, and beyond.
Councillor Elen Heaton, Lead Member for Health and Social Care said:
