About Suzanne

Suzanne has been teaching mindfulness for over 4 years and has both practised and studied this field for many more. Suzanne teaches both adults and children mindfulness and meditation and loves to see the affect it has on people’s wellbeing. Suzanne has accumulated many years’ worth of experience in working with children as she is also a primary school teacher – something which she claims flows effortlessly into her mindfulness children’s classes.

Suzanne states “I enjoy sharing my love for mindfulness and its many benefits with everyone. My passion for the connection between mind, body and soul is present in all my work and is always commented upon by students and class members”.

Suzanne teaches mindfulness and meditation every Wednesday evening at one2one and regularly holds workshops on the weekend.
