Start 2020 with a new job at an NHS Trust rated ‘outstanding’ – Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 10 Community Public Health Nurses –

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is currently recruiting ten Band 6 Community Public Health Nurses to work with their 0-19 teams across Northampton, Daventry and South Northants delivering healthcare services to children and young people.

This roles are ideal for nurses looking for their next career move in a community setting who want to join a Trust rated ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and which provides mental health and physical support in the community and in hospital settings for adults and children.

There are ten jobs available, either full-time or part-time. Nurses will be working in an integrated skills mixed team comprised of practice teachers, specialist school nurses, community nurses for the 0-19 team, nursery nurses and school nurse assistants. The successful applicants will be expected to manage and hold a caseload, prioritising patient needs to ensure efficient service delivery.
